This is an updated version of the client intake form. Use this form to gather information on a new client who is interested in a quote. It includes reminder questions to ask you client. You can also use this to track your follow-up attempts.
Client Information Form
Use this form to gather more detailed information on a client who has booked. You can also track payments and other action items. There are versions of this form for Universal, Cruises, and generic destination. Contact the agency if you would like these forms.
Task & Dates Checklist
Use this form to keep track of the dates and deadlines for each client's reservation. Print and copy for each client and add it to their file.
