Consortia, Booking Engines, and Supplier Portals
Below is a list of our current hotel and resort suppliers. You can book directly with these companies however you may find better rates when booking through a consortia like Vax Vacation Access or Pinsight (a Travel Leaders Network provider).
Before you can begin selling or quoting any supplier, you must complete the supplier-provided training.
What is a travel consortium?
A travel agency consortium (plural: travel agency consortia) is a group of travel agencies, host agencies, travel advisors, travel consultants, and other individuals and organizations in the travel industry.
A travel consortium ( is simply aimed at helping those who work within the travel industry by providing them with any marketing and training they need to get them to the next level and beyond.
Vax Vacation Access
Vax vacation access is the booking engine within VAX vacation access you will find a number of suppliers including:
- Universal Studios
- Seaworld
- Discovery Cove
- Sesame Place
- Busch Gardens
In addition, you will find a variety of other suppliers including:
- Apple Vacations
- Funjet
- Travel Impressions
- Southwest Vacations
- Blue Sky Hawaii
- United Vacations
- Travel + Leisure
Through the suppliers, you can book virtually anything including all-inclusive Caribbean hotel destinations in the United States and packages including airfare. Packages can include hotel, flights, and transfers. Other package add-ons available include rental cars, excursions, and travel insurance.
While there are a few other suppliers listed through VAX the ones aforementioned are those which we have a relationship with.
IMPRORTANT: Do not book any Disney vacations or any cruises through Vax. Anything Disney should only be booked with Disney. Cruises can be booked through cruise pro or with the individual cruise line directly.

Our Preferred Supplier: Funjet
While you are able to book with any of the suppliers listed above we strongly encourage you to book through Funjet. They are our preferred supplier and offered us increased commissions and other rewards for agents (Waves Reward Program).
It is important that you make every effort to book all bookings (other than Disney or cruises) through Funjet. The only exception to that is Hawaii vacation packages. For those, you should be using Blue Sky Hawaii (also available through Vax).
Remember, the more we all book through Funjet, the higher the commission is for everyone!

While Expedia offers many destinations, they take a long time to pay. You are free to Book with Expedia but we encourage you to research and book through other options first.

Pinsight is Travel Leaders Network’s proprietary complimentary hotel booking tool. You are able to view available hotels from different suppliers with different rates and commissions. From there, you can select the options best for both you and the client.
Some even offer extra amenities that you can provide to your clients, such as late check our or resort credit (varies by property).
Note: Most hotel rates in Pinsight are prepaid with strict refund policies. Make sure you understand those policies and convey them to your clients.

Travel Leaders cruise booking engine. Here you can search and compare various cruise lines including special offers and supplier provided as onboard credit. Although you can compare Disney cruise here as well you should always book Disney through disneytravelagent.com. Other cruises may be booked through this site but you should stick with those that we have a vendor relationship with.
