Destination Magic Agent Branding
It is important for all agents to portray and uniform a cohesive identity. Although you are an independent contractor, a consistent and cohesive brand image demonstrates strength and will instill trust in your clients.
Setting up your Business Identity
Branding goes beyond using colors, logos, and fonts. To maintain, support, and strengthen both the DESTINATION MAGIC brand and you as an experienced and competent travel planner, all areas of outward visibility and client communication should be streamlined and consistent.
Outgoing Voice Message
Your outgoing voice message should sound professional and upbeat. You should announce your name in your message, so callers know they have the correct number. It can be short and simple. Here is a sample outgoing message, but you are welcome to put your own spin on it:
Hello! You have reached (your name) with DESTINATION MAGIC. I’m sorry I missed your call but look forward to speaking to you about your next magical vacation. Please leave a message and I will return your call as soon as possible.
Business Card and Stationary
You will be provided with the graphics for your business card. Provide the agency with your name and phone numbers as you would like them to appear. If your information changes, please be sure to inform the agency for an update.
You will be responsible for the cost of printing the cards. We recommend using Uprinting (uprinting.com) or Vistaprint (vistaprint.com) for the best pricing. You can also go to Staples or your local printer.
The card is designed to print 2 sided. It is strongly encouraged to print both sides of the business card. This way, whichever the card is laying will promote your business. However, you can print only the side with your name to save money.
We recommend printing on 16 pt. gloss cardstock, 2 sides, full color. Do not use less than 14 pt.

Logo Use
As a representative of DESTINATION MAGIC and our suppliers, you are permitted to use the company logos in your marketing materials. The logos and other corporate imagery is subject to copyright rules and other brand guidelines. Review the Corporate Style Guide section for more information

Disney logos and artwork
As an authorized Disney travel agent, you are permitted to use certain Disney logos and
artwork, however there are strict guidelines regarding that. Contact Donna for more
information.
