Agent Booking Form
If a client cancels, you need to enter it into the agency so the booking form so the records can be updated. If your client makes changes to the package, either up or down, you do not need to update the information in the Agent Booking Form.

Supplier Policies
Disney World and Disneyland:
Full refund BEFORE final payment is made, which is 30 days in advance. Travel insurance MAY be refundable less than 14 days from purchase. Must be paid in full at time of purchase. Disney travel insurance can only be added before final payment is made.
Advance Dining Reservations:
Restaurants require a credit card to hold them. They require 24 hours cancellation notice. Signature restaurants require 48 hours notice. If your client cancels their resort reservation, it does not automatically cancel their dining reservation. Those must be cancelled separately.
Universal Studios:
Full refund BEFORE final payment is made, which is 45 days in advance. They will automatically charge the client’s card 45 days in advance. Be sure your client is aware. Travel insurance is NOT refundable once purchased. Universal travel insurance can only be added before final payment is made.
Disney Cruise:
Final payment due and refund policy varies by date of sailing. Travel insurance can be added on at any time prior to final payment, but it is not paid for until final payment time. If a client cancels before making final payment, they will get a full refund of all deposit money paid.
