Extras & and Vacation Add-Ons

There are many commionable extras you can offer to round out a guest’s vacation. Below is a list of our current suppliers. You should book directly with these companies.

Make sure you know what each supplier offers so you can provide the best value to your clients and are offering them the right product. 

You can choose add these items to a guest reservation early, or closer to their travel date. We recommend waiting until about 30 days in advance for most options. Remember, if a client changes their dates or cancels, you will need to cancel any added options as well.

An Important Note About Travel Insurance

Travel insurance should always be recommended. When providing a quote, you should be always included in the package. Let the client say to remove it. 

Should a client decline travel insurance, be sure you have that in writing, and save it. If by phone, make a note in the CRM and follow up with an email to the client confirming their choice.

Some suppliers, like Disney, allow travel insurance to be added prior to making the final payment. For others, it must be included at the time of purchase. Be sure you know the requirements and be sure your client understands them as well.

As we are not licensed insurance agents, we can not answer specific questions regarding insurance. Always direct the client to the insurance company for information.

Mears Connect is the where to book motorcoarch transportation between Orlando Airport and Walt Disney World properties. However, you must be sure you are logged into the Travel Agent section, not the consumer version of the site or you will not be earring commission.

Services

  • Express: This service will not stop at any other resorts. May be a van or other vehicle. Is not considered private.

Mears is the site to book private transportation, however we are NOT registered with Mears to collect commissions. Only Mears Connect. For private transfers, use Happy Limo (see below)

Agent Registration

  • Each agent must have their own login to book with Mears.
  • Go to https://mearsconnect.com/TravelAgents
  • Under the “Sign In” dropdown menu, click “Travel Agents”.
    • To book Disney World shuttle service (bus), click “Mears Connect” 
    • For all other types of transportation with Mears, including private car service in Orlando or any other destination, select “Mears Global”

Booking process

  •  Go to https://mearsconnect.com/TravelAgents and click “Login”. Each agent must enter their email address.
    • You will be prompted to create a new password the first time you log in. 
  •  The page that opens is the reservations summary page.
  • To reserve, click on “MEARS CONNECT” on the top menu bar.
    • Select the service type.
    • Continue filling in all necessary fields.
  •  To edit or cancel, click on “SEARCH RIDES” in the top menu bar.
    • Fill out all requested fields.
    • To cancel, click cancel (the trash can icon after you search your reservations).
    • To edit, click edit (the icon between the search and cancel icons, or the middle icon after you search your reservations).
  • Additional helpful hint: If you need to reserve a return that is not the same location as the arrival, reserve two one ways.
Just a reminder, to book Mears Global Chauffeured Services (including Orlando luxury vehicle services) and Orlando attraction transfers, you will still need to log in and use the existing Travel Agent portal located at www.Mears.com.

Brightline train allows clients to travel between South Florida and Orlando. Brightline connects you to Florida’s most exciting destinations. Agent Registration

  • Each agent must have their own login to book with Brightline.
  • Create a user id using your agency email address

  • Once you are registered and logged in, go into your user Profile Settings.

  • Once in your Profile Settings you will see a Travel Advisor Code box, where you will input our agency specific 9-digit code.

  • TRAVEL ADVISOR CODE: 715407097

  • Once the id has been added to you profiles, it will link your profiles to our agency, so that commissions can be tracked and paid out.  You are ready to make your booking!

Rocky Mountaineer is a luxury train travel supplier offering scenic rail journeys through the Canadian Rockies and American Southwest. Renowned for its breathtaking views, exceptional service, and gourmet cuisine, it provides an unforgettable travel experience. 

The offer train rides in a glass domed coach as well as full vacation packages.

Book-A-Limo (ICS company) is a one-source stop for all your transportation needs. They provide executive luxury ground transportation services in over 1,000 cities worldwide and can accommodate groups of any size. But it is important to note that they are not one global company — they contract with various transportation providers in local areas.

  • Vehicles include Lincoln Town Cars, Cadillac and Mercedes Benz sedans, stretch limousines, SUVs, vans, and motorcoaches for up to 55 passengers
  • Upon request, ICS can provide a meet-and-greet service at airports, convention centers, train stations or cruise terminals.
  • Discounts for round trips. Call for best rate
  • International Tour Guides:  ICS provides custom private tours in many popular destinations both domestic and international. They work with a network of licensed bilingual tour guides and offer four or eight hour tours.

Total Commission: 12-25%

Personal service to/from Orlando International Airport to hundreds of local hotels and ports. Clients won’t have to stop at a number of hotels along the way from the airport. They take clients directly to their hotel so they can begin their vacation as soon as you arrive in town.

Car Rental

You can book rental cars directly with these companies.

For clients that want to do a single-day rental while at Disney, Enterprise is located in the Car Care Center near Magic Kingdom. They will pick up guests at their resort and bring them to the Car Care Center to get this vehicle.

Tip: try to select a company that has the cars located on-site at the airport when possible to avoid the need to take a shuttle to the car lot. Your clients will appreciate the extra convenience.

This is the only rental company that is permitted by Disney to drop off the vehicles at Bell services. Guests are not required to meet the company outside at a specific time.

IMPORTANT:
  • When making a reservation, you need to put YOUR NAME as the client.
  • In the Special Instructions section, add CLIENT’s NAME AND PHONE NUMBER and add BOOKED BY TRAVEL AGENT.

For Meet & Greet Resorts (like all WDW resorts): guests will be required to meet the delivery driver in front of the hotel/resort at your scheduled delivery time. For returns, guests must meet the delivery driver at the specified time. Failure to meet our driver IN-PERSON may result in a $75 fee.

For Non-Meet & Greet Resorts: deliveries and returns are made at Bell Services. They guarantee an 8 AM delivery time..

Booking process

All TA bookings must be done over the phone with a member of their reservation team.  RESERVATIONS PLACED ONLINE WILL NOT EARN COMMISSION.

This is not a Disney company but has a long history of providing in-room babysitting services for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years at Walt Disney World Resort.

Other services include:

  • Elder Care/Companion

  • Pet Sitting (in-room)

  • Care for children with special needs

  • Mother’s/Father’s helper: Caregivers accompany a family to area attractions as extra support

Total Commission: $5 per reservation

Booking process

  • To be eligible to earn commissions, agents must call for reservations
  • Viator offers more than 300,000 tours, activities and excursions around the world
  • You can book your guests excursion in advance and earn acommission
  • Using your special link, clients can book directly and you still earn commission
  • To be eligible for commissions, agent must register.

  • IMPORTANT NOTE: Viator only pays us when there is a total payout of $50 due to the agency. Therefore, unless the total commission of your booking is $50 or more, it is possible you could be waiting for that to be received by the agency.

  • Pleasant Activities offers more than 2,000 tours, activities and excursions in Hawaii, Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, Europe, Australia, New York, and Las Vegas
  • This is the same tour group at the HoloHolo desk at Aluani.
  • You can book your guests excursion in advance and earn commission

Amtrak

Commissionable Routes

  • Commission is only available on select routes:
  • Reservations booked, that contains at least one of the train numbers indicated in this chart, will receive a commission of 8% on the total value of the reservation.

Amtrak Vacations

The Amtrak Vacations program provides eligible travel agencies with the ability to earn commissions on packages including rail and associated options such as hotels, car and other destination components.

For Disney clients who want to add travel insurance after final payment has been made, or for any other travel clients, Allianz Travel insurance is a great option and is commissionable. 

Total Commission: 10%, up to 38%! (Varies by type of policy and how it was purchased — phone vs online. See below) 

Booking process

Whenever booking with Allianz, you MUST enter our ACCAM number. You can also give this number to clients for them to purchase insurance themselves. However, as our service, you should book for them whenever possible.

To properly quote insurance, you will need the birthdate of every traveler as well as the date the initial deposit was made. It is best to purchase as soon as possible, otherwise, any previous medical conditions may not be covered by the policy.

When creating a quote, be sure to save it so you can go back later. You can also email quotes to your client from AgentMax.

IMPORTANT: Anyone who is not a licensed insurance agent is not permitted to give advice and recommendations regarding the specifics of an insurance policy. Be sure to direct your guests to read all the terms, conditions, and coverage details of the policy. You can download and send a copy of the policy to the client. Go to the Plan and Pricing Details link at the bottom of the checkout page. Also, be sure you understand the policy and the terms of purchase. Generally, guests have up to 14 days after purchase to cancel, however, that varies in some states.

Uplift

Uplift is a travel credit offer that you can present to clients to help them pay for their trip. It is a non-commissionable service, however, it might help you convert more sales.

Before you can offer Uplift to clients, you must first take their training program. After successful completion, you will be granted access to offer Uplift to your clients.
