Below is a list of our current hotel and resort suppliers. Before you can begin selling or quoting any supplier, you must complete the supplier-provided training.
IMPORTANT BOOKING INFO:
For anything Disney-related, including the WDW Swan/Dolphin, and other Good Neighbor hotels, you always want to book directly when Disney Travel Company whenever possible.
For other resorts and packages, it is always best to book with one of our VAX Vacation Access suppliers, preferably FunJet. Doing so will lead to increased commissions and perks for all agents. (See the Consortia section for more information).

Universal Studios
REGISTRATION: Agency must register agents for Vax. Contact agency to be registered. Agents can self-register for Universal Partner Community.

All Inclusive Resorts
Below is a list of our current hotel and resort suppliers. You can book directly with these companies however you may find better rates when booking through consortia like Vax Vacation Access or Pinsight (a Travel Leaders Network provider). Regardless of pricing, however, you should always book any all-inclusive resorts through VAX suppliers. (See that section for more information). Sandals/Beaches is the exception since they are not typically found there.
Before you can begin selling or quoting any supplier, you must complete the supplier-provided training.
Sandals resorts offer romantic luxury vacations for couples only. Beaches resorts are luxury family-friendly destinations.
REGISTRATION: The agency must pre-register you. If you are a new agent, contact the agency and request that you be added. Once registered, go to https://taportal.sandals.com/landing and click “Create your travel advisor account”.
For Travel Advisor’s Information, enter IATA number 00031296 and Branch number 0. Click Continue and complete the rest of the information. Make sure First Name, Last Name and Email is entered as it was provided to Inside Sales. Lastly, create your username and password and
click Submit Information
BOOKING: You must book these properties direct with Sandals. They are not available on other booking engines (such as VAX or Expedia).

Coconut Bay Resorts
IMPORTANT: If not booking through VAX, to be eligible for commissions, agent MUST submit a “Vendor Seeking Payment Via Wire” Form. Contact resort for this form and work with agency to complete and submit it.

Hotel and Resort Chains
The following are hotel chains we have individual relationships with. You can book these properties as part of a package, thorough consortia, or direct. However, you may find better rates and higher commissions when booking through Pinsight (See the Travel Leaders Network section for more info). Most hotel chains have their own training programs. You may be entitled to additional travel agent benefits if you do their training. In either case, training is strongly recommended.
BOOKING TIPS
- If booking online, be sure to confirm you are booking a commissionable rate. When in doubt, call the reservation center.
- When calling in to make reservations, be sure to identify yourself as a travel agent and provide the agency CLIA ID number: 00031296. (If you have a CLIA Embark ID, you still need to provide the agency CLIA number to be commissionable).
- When booking in Walt Disney World or Disneyland, try to book these through Disney as one of their Good Neighbor hotels.
A note about Loyaty Programs
If a client is a member of a hotel loyalty program, you can provide the hotel with that number upon making their reservation. Clients can also provide that number upon check-in.
NOTE: If booking a Disney property through Disney Travel Company (as opposed to booking directly with the hotel), the guest may not be eligible for bonus points or special tiers.

The Walt Disney World Swan, Dolphin, and Swan Reserve
These properties are owned and operated by Marriott. When booking these properties, book through Disney Travel Company whenever possible. Disney only has a limited number of rooms available at these properties, and all bookings made through Disney must include tickets. If there is no availability through Disney, you can check availability directly with Marriott. Also, if a guest wants a room only. you can book directly with Marriott.
NOTE: Bookings made through Disney are not eligible for any other promotions available direct with Marriott. Be sure you know the deals and give your client the best offer.
Total Commission: Average 10%. Homes and Villas are currently not commissionable.

REGISTRATION: Agents do not need to register. There is no training available. To be commissionable, all reservations must be called in.
When booking Four Seasons Orlando, always book through Disney Travel Company whenever possible. However, you may find better deals when booking directly with the Four Seasons. You always want to give your client the best price so use your best judgment.

Private homes in resort Communities
Perfect for large parties or longer stays, these homes offer the best of both worlds, a private home in a resort community. Guests can enjoy the comforts of home along with the top-notch services of a high-end resort.

Guests have conveniences like a private pool, kitchen, home theater room, and parking area but can still take advantage of amenities and services like daily housekeeping, onsite restaurants and bars, and 24-hour concierge service. Plus, Rentyl Resorts offers incredible experiences that guests would not find at most resorts, like water parks, sports fields and facilities, and in-home chef and spa services.
Note: Walt Disney World resorts offer scheduled Disney shuttle service.

BOOKING: You can call to book and identify yourself as a travel agent. If you book online, you must call them afterward and have the reservation linked to you to be able to earn a commission.
Total Commission: Starting at 12% with bonus commissions for higher sales volume.
