One of the main reasons clients come to ta ravel advisor is to help them plan a magical vacation. Planning a Disney vacation is not like planning any other type of vacation. It takes lots of time and know how to make the most of a Disney vacation.
There is a lot of discussion in the travel industry regarding charging a planning fee. (You can learn more about that below). While we feel you should be compensated for your time, this is also a crowded marketplace with many agents not charging planning fees. To keep us competitive, we currently do not authorize most planning fees with the exception of those to specific types of clients.

All planning fees are processed via Square. To be able to process payments, you need to be set up in Square. (Contact Donna for access).
- From your computere, go to https://squareup.com/ (Do not use the app on a phone)
- Go to the Virtual Terminal
- Click Take a Payment button to process the card payment
- Be sure to include your name, your client’s name, and the reservation number you created for the CRM in the notes so we know who the payment belongs to
